We sometimes forget that the only thing that separates us from animals is that we as humans have the power to choose.

A few days ago I was sitting in my backyard looking at an ant. As I watched this tiny creature move a bit of sand around the yard it came to me that from the moment an ant is born it’s life is fixed. It has no voice in if it will be a worker or a Queen. We on the other hand, no matter how bad our circumstances, can choose. We can wake up one day and say to ourselves “Today I am going to change…”

Unfortunately, for some of us, our decider is broken. We find ourselves waiting on circumstances to force us to make a move. Too often we make that statement and fail to follow-up with action, never realizing that decisions are how we change our world. Decide today that you are ready to see a difference in your life…
