Whenever I find myself wondering about the next generation I am encouraged by people such as the young woman in this video. She is helping to shape young lives and watching it made me feel inspired and encouraged.

I think the key to her success is when she mentioned the positiveness she got from her family.. I know for sure that if a child does not have the backbone of the family to encourage them as well as their dreams,tho, I know there is a rarity where there is that one who does not have the encouragement that can achieve…For the most part, we all need that encouragement from our loved ones as well as our teachers. This video made me feel proud of her!.

Everyone, but especially children, need encouragement to simply TRY. When you watch those tiny little girls skip off your heart feels it!
